Customer Service Assistant Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
• Direct the daily operations of the customer service team
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
• Assist in collections
• Closing shift responsibilities but must be flexible

Ideal candidate will have:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Customer service experience
• Supervisory experience, minimum 3 years
• In depth knowledge of customer service principle and practices

Auto Damage Appraiser/Auditor

We’re growing! We are looking for experienced Auto Appraisers/Auditors.

Built on integrity, quality, customer service and team work; it is imperative that the following requirements are met:

Minimum 3 years auto damage estimating as an independent appraiser, or at a DRP facility, or insurance company
I-CAR trained
Computer literate; Mitchell, Audatex and or CCC One
Professional and courteous demeanor
Ability to multi-task while being accurate and thorough
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent client interaction skills
