Faheem brings more than 15 years of finance, technology and management experience to IAnet, focusing on developing systems and processes to increase efficiency, quality and reduce cycle times. Faheem has served in executive and leadership positions at various technology, auto and start up companies. Faheem is most proud of his family business background. From a very young age, he was working in his family’s small business in a variety of roles, learning that customers and employees come first. Faheem received a Master of Business Administration in Financial Markets and Business Analytics from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois.

Deanna comes with 28 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She started with John Donley at his prior appraisal company in Maryland, then worked in a body shop for six years, and was a Material Damage field adjuster for a large insurance company before she landed at IAnet in 2016. She has been an integral part of the CCC One integration initiative for guideline compliance which has enhanced the quality of the estimates written driving customer satisfaction. Deanna also has her appraisal license in Connecticut, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she brings a dependable, professional approach to the position. Amanda is a member of WIN, and enjoys seeing women take on a more active role in the collision repair industry. Ken joined IAnet in 2022 with over 25 years of multi-line claims handling and claims management experience. His leadership background blends a balance from both the insurance and independent adjuster/appraiser industry space. He participated on several committees at the request of the Texas Attorney General to address towing and automobile thefts. Additionally, Ken served on Mitchell International's Customer Advisory Board in 2017-2018. As an accomplished strategic leader with extensive operations and business development history, he brings this experience to bear to foster client confidence, grow current accounts, and bring in new business.

Tom comes to IAnet in 2023 with over 25 years of claims experience within the insurance industry. His experience involves working for insurance carriers, as well as leadership within the independent adjuster space. While working for the insurance companies, Tom oversaw leadership of field adjusters and direct repair programs. Tom also owned an independent agency, where he sold personal lines, commercial lines, and life insurance policies. Tom was a panel member at the inaugural HD Repair Forum, presenting to professionals from the insurance, appraisal, and repair sectors. Tom’s leadership experience strengthens the technical operations of our team.
