As a founding member of IAnet, John Donley brings over 25 years of experience in the collision repair and insurance industry to IAnet's leadership. John is a past President for IADA (Independent Automotive Damage Appraisers Association) and a member of the Auto Physical Damage Advisory Council and the ADP Technical Review Committee. John is ASE Certified and has participated in the technical review process for the ASE B-6 Appraisal Certification test. John has also owned and operated an independent appraisal company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Prior to owning his own company, John worked as an auto damage appraiser for an independent appraisal company. He began his career as a Body Shop Manager. John is proud of the success of IAnet and the service we provide the insurance industry. By managing the process between insurance adjusters and appraisers, IAnet is able to assist our clients with decreased cycle time, reduced severity and increased customer satisfaction and retention.

Amanda heads the customer service division of IAnet ensuring each damage claim is handled in an efficient and timely manner. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she brings dependable, professional qualities to the industry and is committed to meeting the needs of both clients and service providers. With extensive experience in both the food and beverage sector and high fashion retail, Amanda knows how important it is to maintain strong relationships with customers. She has been involved and participated in Order of Omega, Public Relations Student Society of America, and served on her sorority's counsel board as Vice President of Chapter Development. Amanda looks forward to helping you with any customer service needs.

As part of our customer service management team, Anna's role at IAnet focuses on providing efficient and friendly service as well as making sure that all claims are handled with priority. Anna attended Northern Michigan University and has a strong background in customer service including working in the healthcare sector first as an orthodontic assistant and then a Life Enrichment Director for a retirement community. Anna brings a fresh perspective to the claims industry and hopes help provide premier customer service and partnerships with all departments, clients and vendors.

Danielle has been with IAnet for three years and has had experience in almost every department in the company. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her current position as Customer Service Liaison. Because she knows dispatch, status and processing of both repairable and total loss claims, Danielle helps keep our clients' claims current and accurate. Even prior to IAnet, Danielle had several years of customer service experience in a variety of work environments. She is efficient and responsive in helping clients with questions and concerns. She loves being the "go-to" person for problem-solving and works hard to leave a lasting good impression of herself and IAnet with everyone she helps. Danielle has always been a great team player, a quality she began cultivating when she was the Captain of her high school basketball team.

Coming to IAnet with a strong customer service background, Tiffanie's personality and experience make her a terrific fit for the Vendor Service Department. With her superior creative and analytical skills, she is responsible for interviewing independent appraisal candidates, verifying qualifications, and acting as the principle liaison between IAnet and our valued vendors. Tiffanie's cheerful demeanor and excellent communication skills have strengthened our Network to well over 3,500 independent appraisers and adjusters. Tiffanie's hard work and dedication help provide our clients with the best national network of professional appraisers and adjusters in the industry.

Senior Auditor

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in home and auto insurance to IAnet. In addition to writing estimates for the Small Business Administration Assistance division, he is also an experienced adjuster in homeowners and casualty lines. On top of that, Michael has extensive experience working in body shops. As a key member of IAnet's AccuracyAuditTM team, Michael helps check 100% of claims that come into our office. His meticulous attention to detail uncovers problems before they arise, which cuts down on the severity of estimates and the need for time-consuming revisions and carrier audits. He also ensures that estimates are in compliance with company guidelines, parts usage opportunities are maximized, proper repair vs. replacement techniques are used, state disclaimers are used when available, summaries are filed and revisions are handled in a speedy but accurate manner.

For the last five years, Megan has been an integral part of the IAnet team. She first joined the Customer Service team, but soon moved to the Vendor Service team. Since moving teams, Megan has found her stride in expanding our network of appraiser and being their go-to-person for day to day relations. Megan also manages to stay in touch with all aspects of the business, which in turn helps our vendors accurately handle files for IAnet and its different industry clients.

Georgina acts as the accounts receivable representative for IAnet. With 10 years management experience in Residential Property Management, her main focus included high customer service while overseeing the accounting of the property. Realizing the importance of maintaining the clients accounts she takes pride and strives on being detail oriented. She enjoys working with people and building excellent work relationships with whom she interacts with. Georgina portrays and easy to approach demeanor always allowing the client to feel at ease when discussing their accounts.

 
 
   

Julia Bolt

Account Executive

Social Media Specialist

Julia brings a deep knowledge of social media and relationship building to IAnet's Marketing Team; she is responsible for connections in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, where she has lived most of her life, most recently in Washington, D.C. where she worked in government relations for a large international firm. She helped clients develop and publicize relationship-building programs as well as connect with regulators as well as their congressmen and senators on Capitol Hill. She is looking forward to gaining new contacts and enhancing existing client relationships. Julia is very outgoing, determined and extremely approachable. In her down time, Julia enjoys spending time with her friends, family and dog. She loves all sports, but none more than any involving her beloved West Virginia University Mountaineers (from which she has a bachelors degree in communication studies) and the Atlanta Braves.

 
   

Joe Buckley

Account Executive

Joe was born in Costa Mesa, CA, but his love for Montana grew when he earned his BS Degree in Construction Engineering at Montana State University. He then relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area and worked in the construction management industry in the heavy and commercial fields in Northern California for over 10 years. In 2004, Joe decided to go into Sales Management and pursued a career in the financial services industry. That decision brought him to Arizona, where he spends every moment he can with his 5 year old son. They share the love of hiking, fishing, and exercising. Joe enjoys riding his Harley Davidson and looks forward to the day they can share in that too. We are pleased to welcome Joe to the IAnet Marketing Team as an Account Executive! He is focused on sharing the value that IAnet offers with potential clients and growing the relationships of existing clients!

 
 
   

Lynn Jackson

Vendor Service Coordinator

Having worked in the Vendor Department at IAnet for over 6 years, Lynn has a clear understanding of the IA industry. Originally from London Ontario Canada she is the liaison between IAnet and our Canadian vendors. Lynn is also responsible for bringing on new vendors in the US and adding coverage across the network. She enjoys building relationships with our vendors and is truly a “people person.” While Lynn works only part time, her attention to detail and hardworking attitude make her an integral piece of the Vendor Service Department. When Lynn is not at work, she enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking and spending time riding her horse in the hills surrounding her home.

 
   

Bryan Rhoton

Auditor

In August 2010, Bryan joined the IAnet team as an auditor. He brought over 5 years of claim handling experience along with 15 years in the automotive and motorcycle repair industry. Since coming on board Bryan is now one of IAnet's Senior Auditors, which allows him the privilege to work on the specialty side of claims, along with the automotive and motorcycle claims. He is a licensed property and casualty adjuster in the state of Arizona, and maintains his I-CAR platinum status. While working with appraisers and adjusters to handle unique types of claims on a daily basis, he is pursuing ASE certification.

 
   

Ed Livernois

Auditor

Ed brings over 21 years of industry experience to IAnet. As a previous Claims Adjuster, Independent Appraiser, Body Shop Manager/Estimator and now an Auditor at IAnet, he is a key member of IAnet's Accuracyaudit team. Ed started off his career by joining the United States Navy and spent over eight years serving our Nation. He was educated at a young age by military schools and training. While serving military, he was a member of the Commodore's staff who planned and executed Marine and SEAL 5 landing on foreign beach heads all around the world. After this period of time, Ed decided to become a civilian again and started a new career. He began as a Claims Adjuster January of 1991. Since that time Ed has worn many hats in this industry. Ed is I-Car Certified and continues to expand his industry knowledge. His goal is to provide superior customer service to IAnet's Clients and Vendors. Ed's motto is to do more always and in always. When asked about IAnet, Ed stated, "I am proud of the great success of IAnet and for its ability to do whatever it takes to provide the best possible customer service in the industry. Our customer service at IAnet is above and beyond all the rest!"

Five years ago, Mike decided that he was ready to leave his snowy home town of Lincoln, ME to head west to the sunny skies of Phoenix, AZ. Mike started training in the field for IAnet in the local area. His quick skills brought him directly into the office to become an in-house auditor. Mike has been with IAnet for the last five years, and enjoys solving any challenges experienced by IAnet's Independent Appraisers. In Mike's spare time, he enjoys watching all kinds of sports from his beloved Yankees to the 49ers to even NASCAR.
